Murdoch University Electronic Journal of LawCould have some useful articles, but difficult to search, and not all articles are present. Search Informit databases eg AGIS to find articles in this journal.
International Journal of Law, Policy and the familyThe subject matter of the International Journal of Law, Policy and the Family comprises the following: analyses of the law relating to the family which carry an interest beyond the jurisdiction dealt with, or which are of a comparative nature; theoretical analyses of family law; sociological literature concerning the family and legal policy; social policy literature of special interest to law and the family; and literature in related disciplines (medicine, psychology, demography) of special relevance to family law and research findings in the above areas.

Databases and Indexes


Databases are the best way to find articles in journals: because they index 1000s of journals and usually have very sophisticated search engines. Also, they index academic articles from peer-reviewed journals. You will not find many of these articles indexed freely on the web (except maybe Google Scholar) but I don't recommend just searching the internet to research your assignments. When you search the Internet, you will find lots of other info: blogs, opinions, student essays, adverts, private individuals, and you will need to sift out the good information. You also have to carefully evaluate what you find on the internet (for more info on searching
